Will I have trouble drinking from a straw after doing a lip flip?

Because the mouth is the most mobile part of the face (we use it to eat, talk, and express constantly), Daxxify metabolizes faster here than in the forehead. Results typically last about 6 to 8 weeks. The number of units depends on your anatomy and goals, and your injector will tell you exactly what you need at your consultation.

What is the aftercare needed after receiving Daxxify injections for lip flip
Skip blood thinners: Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, and other anti-inflammatories for about 24 hours after treatment, since they can increase bruising. Acetaminophen is fine for discomfort. Always follow your provider about any prescribed medications.
Avoid laying down: Stay upright and avoid lying down for about 4 hours after your treatment.
Avoid Scrubbing or Rubbing your face: Wait about 24 to 48 hours before you decide to rub and scrub your face. This is to ensure positive results after your Daxxify treatment.
Don’t wear makeup for 12 hours: Post injection waits at least 12 hours before you apply makeup to avoid irritation.
