FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING DIRECT PRIMARY CARE
direct primary care, made simple
Everything you need to know about Direct Primary Care memberships, how they work, and why patients are choosing this modern model of care.
What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model where patients pay a flat monthly fee directly to their physician for unlimited primary care services. It eliminates insurance billing, reducing administrative overhead and allowing doctors to focus on personalized, accessible care.
How is Direct Primary Care different from traditional care?
Traditional clinics see large numbers of patients daily because they rely on insurance billing. Our DPC model limits patient panels so your provider can spend more time with you and deliver more personalized care.
Do you accept health insurance?
Our Direct primary care memberships do not bill insurance for primary care visits. You can still use your insurance for specialist visits, imaging, hospital care, or medications needed.
Can I still have insurance?
Yes. Many of our members keep insurance or a high-deductible health plan for major medical events, while using their membership for everyday care.
